Trek Supercaliber – can anybody summarize the variations between all of the variants?

I am half-seriously contemplating getting a mountain bike, and the Trek Supercaliber has caught my consideration

…however I’m nearly instantly delay by what number of variants of the Supercaliber seem on Trek’s web site, and the way these varations are divided up:

There are (16) totally different (?) fashions listed (not together with Body Solely)

  • Supercaliber 9.9 XX1 AXS …(3) totally different variations (?) @ (3) totally different pricepoints: $11,699.99 and $11,499.99 and $11,049.99
  • Supercaliber 9.9 XTR …(3) totally different variations (?) all @ the identical pricepoint: $9,549.99
  • Supercaliber 9.8 XT …(3) totally different variations (?) @ (2) totally different pricepoints: $7,249.99 and $5,999.99
  • Supercaliber 9.8 GX AXS …(2) totally different variations (?) @ (3) totally different pricepoints (!!!): $6,849.99 and “$6,349.99 – $6,849.99”
  • Supercaliber 9.8 GX …(2) totally different variations (?) @ the identical pricepoint: $7,049.99
  • Supercaliber 9.7
  • Supercaliber 9.6

sweet-mother-of-god why would they even divide the road up that approach within the first place?!?!?!

Anybody have the “Rosetta Stone” that interprets all these varations into simply understood variations? I imply, I get that each one the AXS variations most likely include the SRAM AXS groupset, and that the XTR variations most likely include the Shimano XTR groupset, however past that… :::shrugs:::

I suppose Imma have to make use of their web site’s “Evaluate” characteristic to drill down into all this trivialities. I am largely venting. Arrgghh…
