Following up on the addition of the brand new 450NK bare sportbike to the 2024 lineup, CFMOTO has introduced two different new bikes based mostly on the identical platform: the 2025 CFMOTO 450CL-C cruiser and the Ibex 450 journey bike.
Though the CFMOTO web site says that the 700CL-X has components of a cruiser, once we examined it in 2022, we felt it was extra bare sportbike with scrambler styling. Nonetheless, the brand new 450CL-C firmly crops its flag in cruiser territory.
The 450CL-C includes a liquid-cooled 449cc parallel-Twin with DOHC, a 270-degree crank, and twin counterbalancers all working collectively for a claimed 40 hp at 8,000 rpm and 30 lb-ft of torque at 6,250 rpm. The engine is mated to a 6-speed transmission, a slip/help clutch, a Gates belt remaining drive, and a dual-chamber exhaust coated in a matte ceramic end.
Braking is offered by J.Juan elements, with a 4-piston caliper and single 320mm entrance disc and a single-piston caliper and 240mm disc within the rear. For suspension, the 450CL-C has a 37mm inverted fork and central monoshock. ABS and traction management are commonplace.
The 450CL-C rides on a 58.5-inch wheelbase and has a 28-degree rake and 4.25 inches of path. The curb weight is listed at 399 lb with its 3.2-gallon gas tank full. The bike rolls on 16-inch rims wrapped in chunky tires (130/90-R16 entrance, 150/80-R16 rear) and has a 27-inch seat top.
It has full LED lighting and a 3.6-inch spherical TFT show with Bluetooth and CFMOTO Journey app connectivity.
The 2025 CFMOTO 450CL-C will are available in Bordeaux Purple and Nebula Black and begin at $5,699.
